If you do not know about how to place the simulation files in the library of the Proteus go through my post on Ultrasonic sensor I have discussed the procedure there. But the simulation model is not present in the library of the Proteus so we need to download the library first and then place the files containing the simulation model in the library of the Proteus. So in order to simulate the Proximity sensor the simulation model of the sensor should be present in the library of the Proteus.
